We make returns, refunds, and exchanges easy.
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assist you in sending out your return.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened.
Merchandise that has been worn or exposed to a patient or deemed medically unsafe for return; cannot be returned.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. For Medline items, there is a $25 minimum restocking fee and a $9.95 shipping return fee deducted from the refund total; a prepaid Fedex Label will be issued. Foronlyhealthgroup.com items, large orders, an RMA must be approved by onlyhealthgroup.com prior to accepting returns. Only Incontinence cannot issue an RMA on any onlyhealthgroup.com items without their approval. There is a minimum restock fee of 25% on all power mobility returns. This fee is from the manufacturer and will be passed on to our customers.
If your purchase is unopened and needs to be exchanged for a different size, color, or model, we will accept those products but you still will have to pay return shipping.
